Biography
Tamara D. McKeown has been an attorney in Miami, Florida since 1988, practicing in commercial and complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, business reorganization and debt restructuring, and insurance, employment and personal injury litigation. A Florida native, Ms. McKeown has many years of experience in both large international and small boutique law firms, and became Of Counsel to Aaronson Schantz Beiley P.A. when the firm was founded in March 2011. Ms. McKeown specializes in bankruptcy and reorganizations for businesses and individuals, and all phases of civil, commercial and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including commercial and contract disputes, business failure litigation, professional (accountant and attorney) liability, director and officer liability, commercial lender litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, personal injury litigation and bankruptcy adversary litigation.
