Biography

Geoffrey Aaronson is a Partner in the Firm's Miami office. Mr. Aaronson's primary areas of practice include business bankruptcy, Chapter 11 reorganization, workouts, restructuring, bankruptcy litigation and federal commercial litigation. For more than 20 years, Aaronson has represented corporate debtors, institutional lenders, court appointed committees, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, business owners and purchasers and parties in interest in significant commercial reorganization cases and reorganization-related litigation including appeals. In addition to bankruptcy court and federal court representations, Aaronson has represented both debtors and creditors, and debtors and creditors committees' in out-of-court workouts.
